Each of our courses contains several hours of video training.  The run time for each class is contingent on the amount of material covered for the subject. Translation: some applications are easier than others. Our lowest run time is 2 hr 30 min all the way up to 12 hrs 15 min, with the average course containing roughly 3+ hours of video content.  All for $3.99 USD   😉

Do you have some free video sample lessons I can check out?

Sure, you can get a peek on this page for how we present our material; or use the direct link found here: Video Sample Page

What do you mean by legacy class?

Ok, here is the skinny.  And please pardon the long winded answer because it deserves a moment of time.  To be frank some people get hung up on the specific version of software they are currently using and really only want to learn material pertaining to said version. Which is understandable, yet on the grand scheme it’s not that crucial.  Please allow us to explain.

You see most software applications have remained the same throughout the years, with only a handful of new features being added along the way and any major overhauls were done to the user interface.  Translation- all the same stuff that the software is built on is still there, they simply changed the way it looks.

The good news is a lot of software companies have gotten wise to the fact people don’t like radical differences between the versions and, for the most part, in recent years have really made it very hard to tell the differences between software versions– and that is a good thing. Heck, we’ll be so bold to make the claim that if you would see a screen shot of the various versions of the same software you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference.

So in the end, as long as you are cool with minor differences between the software you use and the one we used to create our courses you will be perfectly fine.

For example, if you look at our courses in Microsoft the majority have been recorded using MS Office 2010.  And yes, we are fully aware of the current year.  The reason we went with Office 2010 is that the differences between 2010, 2013, 2016/ Office 365 are negligible– and that works in your favor.

That said if you are a stickler on versions they are plenty of other viable sites for you to use and we encourage you to do so.

How long do I have access to course?

All day, any day, all the time– until the apocalypse.

What format is the course delivered in?

Video. End of story…

More information if you have a few seconds to spend. All courses are broken into a simple progression that is easy to follow.  The video segments are as condensed as possible with the goal being to provide you all the “need to know” information as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Phrased differently we are not here to meditate, pontificate and bloviate just so we can be enamored by the sound of our own voices.

In short we are not like some sources where their overriding philosophy is to go with the mantra that they believe in the notion– why should you say it in ten words when you can say it in a hundred.  Hopefully you see the joke in this FAQ’s response.  🙂

Couldn't I find all this information online?

You can find anything online today, yet that does not mean it actually has value.  Consider for a moment –what is your time really worth?  Furthermore which one sounds more appealing? Poking around for hours online searching aimlessly, or go to one central spot that has already done the heavy lifting for you and offers the topics you will need to know.

Why are your courses so INEXPENSIVE?

Mainly because I’m not some greedy jerk looking to fleece your bank account while you buy me a beach house.  😉

Seriously though- I take a low key approach to life and in good conscious couldn’t charge you obscene amounts of money if I wanted; I’d feel too guilty.  Even though some would think I’m underselling myself I don’t share that point of view. ‘Nuff said.

What is my username?

Fair question.  Your Username is the email address you used when you made your course purchase.  Please make sure to enter the full email address in the login screen.  Hope this helps.  🙂

How do I access my purchased courses?

Sure.  The first thing you want to do is login.  Once you have done that you’ll be taken to the My Courses dashboard, of which you will see a link to the course(s) you purchased.  Simply click on the course title and you are off and running.  Also, we suggest you take a peek at the upper right corner of your screen. It’s where you can modify your account, browse other courses, logout, etc.

Do you offer refunds?

Yup!  You have 7 days from the date of your course purchase to get a 100% full refund.  Why only seven days?  Well, if you are going to buy something why wait a week to use it?  Subsequently, if you can’t login and start learning right away why are you even spending your money here in the first place?  If this is the case we suggest you wait until you are ready… you know where to find us.

You can view our refund policy here.

Do you offer affiliate programs?

Candidly no.

Here is why.  Even though affiliate programs offer a benefit for the two parties involved sadly they often get abused (think like, beating a government mule level) by people who just want to generate commissions which in turn compromises the integrity of the site. Ultimately these programs tend to wind up being a headache in a suitcase and are not worth the effort.
